Your primary care physician cannot complete this exam unless they are officially certified by USCIS. At Aziz Medical Center, our USCIS-designated civil surgeon provides complete immigration medical exams that meet all federal requirements.

Most immigration medical exams take 30–60 minutes, depending on your medical history and vaccine needs. Laboratory tests may require additional time for results. Many patients complete the entire process in one or two visits, and same-day appointments are often available.

If you do not have vaccine records, we can perform blood tests to determine immunity.

If have been vaccinated in the past and dont have records dont worry...we can check for 3 vaccinations in the blood work (Varicella, MMR, Hep-b). Includes the Basic Package, antibody titer tests to check for immunity. If immune no Vaccine is needed. You may need Tdap and Polio Vaccine 

For individuals without vaccination records. Includes all required vaccines (except Covid and flu vaccine Seasonal ) TB RPR Gono and Physical , and the Basic Package services.
