What to expect during your exam

An immigration physical at Aziz Medical Center is similar to a routine check-up but includes additional screenings required by USCIS. During your visit, our medical team will:

Conduct a comprehensive physical exam / Order blood tests and a chest X-ray (if required) / Review your vaccination records and provide missing vaccines if needed / Complete and sign your USCIS Form I-693

If you do not have proof of vaccinations, we offer blood tests to determine your immunization status, ensuring you meet all USCIS requirements.
